My Version of Egg Noodles

I've been craving wan tan mee for the past week but we've just never gotten around to having it. So today after sending my sister to class I stopped by the supermarket & picked up a few things to make it at home. Minus the wan tan lol.  If you can't buy it, make it 😎 Let's get started! Oh and this recipe is for 1. Here are the things you will need: 1. 1 small carrot, sliced 2. Japanese sawi aka gai choy, as much as you like. Half chopped, half left whole 3. 3 pips garlic, finely chopped 4. small piece of ginger, finely chopped 5. 1 green/red chilli, chopped 6. 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce 7. 1/4 teaspoon light soy sauce 8. 2 tablespoons oyster/abalone sauce 9. 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil 10. 1/4 cup water 11.
